If you really want that no one could sneak into some of your private chats on WhatsApp, there are some other more secure ways to do this. The chats will still remain archived, but when you receive a new message in one of those chats, it will show up on your main chat screen, just like before. This is how you can remove that annoying “Archived” box from the top of the WhatsApp chats.
